Photos suggest that it was supposed to be breakfast is buffet breakfast. There was an à la carte breakfast. Poor quality of breakfast. Pool only open until 8 pm.

The AC filter was clean. The personnel cleaning pantry and front desk were very kind and helpful. Someone made an error on my bill. But this wonderful thai lady helped me re directing the person that made the error and amendments were made successfully. Great very receptive slimmed older kind thai lady. The breakfast was very basic but enjoyable. The pantry personnel was very accommodating and me with my favorite meal of the day. The room had a nice sound barrier that kept the TV sound going to the next room or mine. A lots of wonderful English channels and programs. I was there just before the King’s BD, before the six day holiday and I enjoyed the tranquility and the silence at night time while sleeping, too many hotels do not offer enough sound proof rooms and it is almost impossible to enjoy a long restful night The linings were very clean and in good condition. Also the lining was free of human body’s lice, I mentioned this because this hotel washes the linings well enough at hot temperatures or dry the linings at very hot temperatures killing the little bugs people erroneously call beg bugs but there is a big difference lice you can’t see. The balcony was small the view from the room was limited, but we could see the sun. I enjoyed a hot milk tea during the day in the lobby and that was pleasant. The swimming pool was clean and the water was crystal clear as well. There was a foodland Market, the Harbor Mall and a Big C store. Many restaurants as well.

I will comment on something non related to the property but perhaps they can do a sonthew map with the sonthew connecting routes to the main important points. To make it easier on the tourists dealing with rudness, language barriers, and constant money scams paying the required 10bahts but scammed up to 150bahts. The local tourism department must try to help control the extreme degree of pollution noted on the waters of Pattaya, plastics bags, sacs, ropes, floating in the waters while one was swimming, in what felt more like an inundated thrash landfill. The stench of the water was horrible, and as I turned my head around right above my shoulder a feminine menstrual pad. I tried pushing some of the garbage on to dry ground, so that the cleaners working on the sand would remove them. It is disappointing to experience this in any beach around the world. Some of that garbage probably comes from the boats on the bay. And they need to be monitored and sanctioned for dumping filth in those waters.

superb hotel great location in central area but very quiet .

the staff were very friendly and helpfull. i loved the salt water pool on the roof ..fantastic. the rooms we very modern 2 min walk is fioodland supermarket with a 24 hour restuarant in the front .very goid and cheap .location was a very quiet street ...great for sleeping. night and day..

the distance to the beachwas long way and hard to get songtew or taxi motorbike ..had to walk to 3rd rd to find one.

Close to the main beach, and brilliant atmoshere. We stayed over Songkran so it was a memorable exerience for that as well. All the staff were so friendly and able to help us with plans and directions to places to go. Brilliant selection of food for breakfast as well, and a lovely pool on the top level to cool down also. Next time we visit Pattaya we will definately stay here. 5/5

Staff super friendly and quiet location

Very clean, staff were helpful, breakfast had good variety, air con worked well, roof top pool was great! Were able to rent a scooter from the hotel & secure parking space was available underground.

Bed was a bit too hard.

Lovely and very clean room with a great atmosphere, superb pool, very friendly staff - especially the porter - highly recommended. Location for us really good; next to a big Foodland, but not so close to the sea.

As seems to be like this in all Thai hotels, walls are not as noise-reducing as in Germany, for example; did not bother us though

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff and the manager were so helpful and accomodating. They prepared also the suprised cake and fruits i requested for our wedding anniversary. New built hotel with spacious and lovely chic room. Facilities are all new. Food is good. The location is accessible and price is affordable.

I was so impressed that it's hard to know what to say. The room was so beautiful I thought I was in a 5star hotel. Perfectly cleaned, welcoming and whoever the designer is was very creative! Large mirror in bathroom, outside, fabulous hot water showers, bed and duvet were very Comfortable. Tv channels included one in Arabic, Some in French, quite a few in English and of course Thai Everyone from hotel manager (Aunty mo) to front desk, breakfast staff to cleaners were so friendly and hospitable. The day left they called the taxi for me and aunty mo made sure I was ok and the cleaning lady even took my bag for me It's true breakfast is simple and majority Asian but remember your in Thailand. We also don't need to do all you can eat every time! They put their best into your breakfast and try very hard! They do have forks and knifes and even ketchup thinking of their foreign guests. I thought location was excellent, right next to foodland open 24 hours, 7-11, family mart Etc. highly recommended for location for families or those wanting to visit the beautiful side of Pattaya. All the night life is still within walking distance I think This is probably the best hotel across the world I've stayed in for cleanliness and staff hospitality and friendliness. They are a unified team. Thanks for the wonderful staff!

I had to leave?

I liked this hotel very much. Extremely friendly staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. Checking in was very quick and trouble free. The room was spotlessly clean, good size and everything was as mentioned on booking.com Shops and Restaurants close to the hotel.

The room is advertised with a balcony that cannot be used. It's very small with space only for the large air condition unit that's on it. The deluxe room did not have a table and chairs as in the standard room that is cheaper. The hotel is a little too far from the beach.

The supporting staff are super helpful and kind. Everyone was there to make our stay more comfortable. Love the shopping centers nearby with all the food options. We went there every day. Would stay again.

Have to log in Internet all the time. A bit far from the action but we knew that coming in.

Friendly staff.

Hotel has called a shared taxi for us to airport. Unfortunately this taxi is very dissappoited to us. We spent nearly 3.5hours in the bus just because of his greedy to pick all unscheduled customers from one place to another. Our flight is departing at 5.40pm, at 3pm, he still picking up customers around walking street at City Central of Pattaya. We kept asking when we will reach airport and how many more customers to pick up. He replied this is last one but never ends. A lady next to us has missed the flight at 3.15pm. The most bad thing is he dropped us at domestic flight terminal though we have doubled checked with him to send us to international terminal. Lucky that the international terminal is not far by walking distance. The whole journal from Hotel to Airport is like night mare!

Excellent value for money. Great breakfast. Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff and i loved the rooftop pool. 5 min walk to Big C extra is a bonus.

Location. 15 minutes using two baht buses to get to beach road. But in fairness the price is cheaper than beach road hotels.

I stayed for 4 nights, room is clean, bed is comfy, rooftop swimming is good to see the sun set, staffs are super nice and helpful

I like the location you can go anywhere by 10 Bhts only or walking. The staff were fantastic helpful receiving you always with smiles and warm welcoming especially the office manager Mr Phon Phochai. He is even arranging and telling you where to go. Many thanks to him
