Wonderful
Very clean modern feel,very friendly staff, next to great food Hall and supermarket. Quiet at night, no music or traffic noise.
Hard bed had to sleep on sofa, noisy in morning doors slamming 8am.

Coming back prior days to a holiday for the quietness.
The AC filter was clean. The personnel cleaning pantry and front desk were very kind and helpful. Someone made an error on my bill. But this wonderful thai lady helped me re directing the person that made the error and amendments were made successfully. Great very receptive slimmed older kind thai lady. The breakfast was very basic but enjoyable. The pantry personnel was very accommodating and me with my favorite meal of the day. The room had a nice sound barrier that kept the TV sound going to the next room or mine. A lots of wonderful English channels and programs. I was there just before the King’s BD, before the six day holiday and I enjoyed the tranquility and the silence at night time while sleeping, too many hotels do not offer enough sound proof rooms and it is almost impossible to enjoy a long restful night The linings were very clean and in good condition. Also the lining was free of human body’s lice, I mentioned this because this hotel washes the linings well enough at hot temperatures or dry the linings at very hot temperatures killing the little bugs people erroneously call beg bugs but there is a big difference lice you can’t see. The balcony was small the view from the room was limited, but we could see the sun. I enjoyed a hot milk tea during the day in the lobby and that was pleasant. The swimming pool was clean and the water was crystal clear as well. There was a foodland Market, the Harbor Mall and a Big C store. Many restaurants as well.
I will comment on something non related to the property but perhaps they can do a sonthew map with the sonthew connecting routes to the main important points. To make it easier on the tourists dealing with rudness, language barriers, and constant money scams paying the required 10bahts but scammed up to 150bahts. The local tourism department must try to help control the extreme degree of pollution noted on the waters of Pattaya, plastics bags, sacs, ropes, floating in the waters while one was swimming, in what felt more like an inundated thrash landfill. The stench of the water was horrible, and as I turned my head around right above my shoulder a feminine menstrual pad. I tried pushing some of the garbage on to dry ground, so that the cleaners working on the sand would remove them. It is disappointing to experience this in any beach around the world. Some of that garbage probably comes from the boats on the bay. And they need to be monitored and sanctioned for dumping filth in those waters.
